in’Xpert is born with the desire to offer my experience, my skills and my energy to different manufacturers, in different contexts. So that they can have at their disposal at the right time the key resource they don’t need all the time.
‘My way : working in contact with my customers’ teams in a professional and collaborative environment, to take information from the field, to bring out the good ideas and good will that will make it possible to meet the challenges.
My key soft skills : curiosity and analysis to understand situations, Kaizen mindset and leadership to get things done.
With an engineering degree background, I have worked for 20 years in major aeronautical companies where I took part to stages of the product life cycle and covered all operational processes. I even collaborated with the IT Department and the Purchasing Department, proof of my adaptability.
On top of this, I have the ability to be the link between a company and its external sphere, customers and suppliers, contributing to align the understanding and business vision of the different parties.
